She had been a star in early radio drama. She worked in television and on Broadway.  She appeared in numerous Broadway hits and also travelled with several national groups.  She made guest appearances in the 50s on various television dramas and talk shows.

Eva was admired by all.. she was our mother, grandmother, teacher, friend and coach.  She was just "Plain Eva Dawling"... quite a lady!  A staunch believer in the "Method" technique of acting.
